Delta Wanderings VIII – Sept 2014 -- “Crazy Skies”
As we pulled away from the dock the light was strange and it was apparent some funky weather was coming our way. Looking west towards Mt. Diablo it looked like a normal gorgeous Delta sunset was in the works but off in the east there were storm clouds with rain patches, thunder and periodic lightning, a rare occurrence in the Delta. In spite of the westerly winds the clouds and weather seemed headed our way blanketing the skies over Lido Bay. http://www.DeltaWanderings.com
